Complaint Management System (CMS) and Police Station Record Management System (PSRMS)
An independent Complaint Management System designed and developed for Punjab Police by PITB. Any visitor can come into Front Desk and then report the written or verbal reports. The Front Desk Operator must fill the visitors form and entered the information provided by the applicant. If this complaint convert into any criminal activity then operator forward this application into PSRMS. PSRMS system designed and developed to computerized the all 25 registers of Police Station. The E-Tag system integrated with CMS, PSRMS and Visitors Management System.
Criminal Record Management System (CRMS)
Punjab Police computerized the criminals records with biometrics, physical data and all personal information. The main database created of all criminals in all over the punjab districts. This system helps the Police to identify the criminal records if found in any District of Punjab.
Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS)
The Human Resource is the backbone of any department which can play a very vital role to implement the Governmnet Strategies. The Punjab Police successfully computerized the service records of all Human Resources started from their appointment to retirement. This system successfully working in all branches of Punjab Police and operators entered the record of any orders issued in the department. The posting and transfer record of all Police personnel is now continue in this system.
Provincial Monitoring Room and Control Rooms
The Central Police Office is the main place to monitor the Police staff during any law and order situation. The Police head established a end to end computerized monitoring system in CPO to supervised any type of operations. In this Control Room every computerized software is accessible and all data entry process monitor in this place. The IT qualified operators and officers posted here to look after the activities and designed different types of management related reports to support the computerized system.
Anti Vehicle Lifting System (AVLS)
This web based application updated the databases of stolen and snatched vehicles in all over the Punjab. This application include theft reporting, investigation, recovery, Forensic Lab Test and handing over of vehicles to its owners as per Court proceedings. In addition to the main functionalities the said application also integrated with all other departments like Excise, PSCA and Traffic Application to get the drivers exact information. When any vehicle stolen then alerts generated with SMS to all concerned officers then this can easily captured by the field officers.
